Sarah Palin: Third-Party Candidate

The media keeps asking Sarah Palin when she is going to decide whether to run for the Republican nomination for President.

I'm surprised that, after speeches like today in Indianola, Iowa, the media doesn't inquire as to whether she'll run as a third-party candidate. She can declare as an Independent and wage war on the "political ruling class" in both parties. She'd be wisely taking advantage of the overall disgust with Washington D.C.
