Casablanca at 70

Check out this piece at CNN.com, about how the timing of world events coincided with events in the fictional version of that world depicted in my favorite film, Casablanca, 70 years ago.  This film, while inextricably linked to the early phases of World War II and Vichy rule in French Morocco, resonates today.  The dialogue is as wonderful as ever, the images are lovely, and the characters are perfectly represented by the film's cast.  If by some chance you've never seen it, you absolutely must.
